Carport technical information

 We have carefully and thoughtfully designed our carports and canopies to be designed with strength and fire resistance in mind. The beauty of all our systems is that they are maintenance free, leaving you time to get on with your lives instead of painting.

All components forming the main structures are made from aluminium combined with fire resistant roof sheets, provide a canopy that protects against rain, wind and snow - all year round.

We ensure only the highest quality products which is why they are designed in accordance with the relevant codes of practice and complying with building regulations.  We have search the best suppliers of materials at the best prices to enable us to provide you with what believe to be the best carports and canopies in the marketplace in the UK today.

Below is a list of the Materials used when supplying our carports and canopies;

Specification:
Aluminium: complying with BS 1474, fully heat-treated having a tensile strength of 280 N/mm2

Design Loads:
Snow - 750N/m2        Wind - 48m/s2

Roof Sheets:
Complying with BS 476 Pt. 5 (Class 1 rating for surface spread of flame).

Guttering:
114mm square section PVC guttering in white.

Finishes:
White Painted - after etch priming the framework is sprayed by the powder coat system using a high build polyester paint. It is then baked for 10 minutes at temperatures approaching 200o C.

Installation Service

If you have ordered or are considering ordering one of our carports and canopies which is not a DIY carport then included in the price is a fully trained installation service.  We are installing hundreds of carports and canopies each year so have encountered many different sites and have the experience and know how to deal with all circumstances.  We are so confident that you don’t pay the full balance until the carport or canopy is fitted.
